    We offer a comprehensive range of grooming services including full grooms, spa baths, de-shedding treatments, puppy introductions, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and more. Each service is tailored to meet the specific needs of your pet. Book your appointment online 24/7 for stress-free, vet-tech-trained grooming at your doorstep.
  • What products do you use for grooming?
    We use high-quality, pet-safe products for all grooming services. Our products include hypoallergenic shampoos, conditioners, and grooming tools, all chosen to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet. We also offer premium, small-batch dog wellness products that are all-natural, cruelty-free, and crafted in-house for happy, healthy pets.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    To book an appointment, visit our website and use the online booking system. Select the service you need, choose a convenient date and time, and provide your contact information. You can also call (904)307-0237 to schedule an appointment over the phone. Our online system offers real-time availability and transparent pricing for your convenience.
  • Why does it cost more to groom a poodle or doodle?
    Grooming poodles and doodles often costs more due to their unique coat types, which require specialized grooming techniques and equipment. These breeds typically have curly or wavy hair that can easily become matted if not regularly maintained. Their coats take more time to properly care for. Additionally, the grooming process for these dogs often involves detailed scissoring and styling to achieve the desired look, which requires a higher level of skill and expertise. Our groomers are trained to handle these specific needs to ensure your pet looks and feels their best.
  • What are your cleaning and sterilization practices?
    At Getsum Grooming, we prioritize the health and safety of your pets by adhering to strict cleaning and sterilization practices. All grooming tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. We use a UV sterilizer on all tools to ensure they are free from harmful bacteria and pathogens. Our grooming area is regularly sanitized between each client to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for your pets.
  • What is your refund policy?
    If you are unhappy with our service, notify us within 24 hours for a fix (refund, discount, or touch-up). Refunds apply for service errors or groomer negligence—not for pet behavior, pre-existing conditions, or matting. Refunds are processed in 5-7 days. For disputes, email getsumgrooming@gmail.com or call (904)307-0237 within 48 hours. Please note that our policy may change, and the terms at the time of booking will apply.
