At Getsum Grooming, we strive to provide the highest quality grooming services for your pet. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or adjustment is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your pet’s grooming service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns, whether through a partial refund, a discount on your next service, or a complimentary touch-up (if applicable).
2. Refunds for Service Issues
Refunds or adjustments may be issued in the following cases:

Service not performed as requested (if we failed to follow agreed-upon instructions).

Pet injury due to groomer negligence (documentation may be required).

Extreme dissatisfaction (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
3. Non-Refundable Situations

Pet behavior issues: If your pet becomes aggressive, overly stressed, or uncooperative, leading to an incomplete groom, no refund will be issued. (Safety is our priority.)

Pre-existing conditions: If a medical or skin condition is discovered during grooming, we may stop the service for your pet’s safety without a refund.

Matted or severely neglected coats: Additional fees may apply, and refunds will not be given if shaving is necessary for the pet’s well-being.
4. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
